WHERE WE WORK
Cabo Verde's geography presents unique challenges — ten islands spread across 4,000 km² of Atlantic Ocean. Since our founding in 2025, we've been rapidly expanding our presence across the archipelago, building partnerships, and establishing response capacity island by island.

ISLAND-BY-ISLAND OPERATIONS
Home to Praia, Cabo Verde's capital. Key hub for supply coordination and response efforts across the southern islands.
Mountainous terrain prone to flash floods and landslides. We're building response capacity and establishing emergency supply partnerships.
Urban center of Mindelo. Our headquarters island and primary logistics hub for receiving international aid and coordinating distribution across the archipelago.
Active volcano island with seismic activity. We're developing evacuation protocols and building community partnerships.
Flat, arid island vulnerable to drought. We're working with local communities on water access initiatives.
Desert island facing extreme heat and water scarcity. We're identifying local partners for emergency response.
Small, rural island with limited medical infrastructure. We're exploring partnership opportunities with local organizations.
Remote mountainous island. We're assessing community needs and building relationships with local leaders.
Cabo Verde's smallest inhabited island, accessible by sea. We're in early stages of establishing community connections.
Uninhabited island. We monitor for environmental changes that may affect neighboring communities.
